Business project

The purpose of this work is to give guidance on creating a business project for starting companies. The work is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part defines terms related to legal forms of business, and also will explain possible sources of funding. The last chapter discusses the importance and structure of the business project, an emerging company. In the practical part I will present a business project and legal forms of business, which I chose for the business project and bring the advantages and disadvantages of selected legal form and the reason why I have this particular legal form chosen. The next step of my work will be acquainting the reader with an analysis of the company surroundings and marketing studies. The most important part of the practical part of this thesis is the financial project, which transformed with the previous section of the business project into numbers. In line with the findings in the theoretical part I create a business project that focuses its activities on photographic services.

Efektivita nástrojů řízení kvality

This master thesis analyzes the processes which assure the quality of the pro-duct, which are held in a international supplier to the automotive industry. On the basis of this analysis were identified tools of quality management in the company and has been evaluated for its time and financial demands. All results were obtained using primary and secondary research. Primary research and data were ensured by structured interviews with employees. Secondary research included the analysis of internal documents of the company. Part of this work was to propose a new framework process map. At the conclusion were summarized the benefits of individual instruments and possible improvements for the company.

Entrepreneurship through the eyes of catholic church

The thesis takes on an analysis of business through the eyes of catholic church in the sense of assessing the goals of entrepreneurial activites through the prism of social doctrine. The assessement is done by means of a comparative analysis of said goals in both the systems of capitalism and of christian society driven by the social doctrine of the Church.

Business plan of company Fermata Computing

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou podnikatelského plánu pro konkrétní podnik. V rámci teoretické části se autor zaměřil na specifika malého a středního podnikání, zvláště na jeho výhody a nevýhody v podmínkách České republiky. Jednou z důležitých částí práce je analýza podnikového okolí, která je nezbytná pro kvalitní sestavení podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část je samotným vypracováním podnikatelského plánu společnosti Fermata Computing., která poskytuje komplexní IT služby v regionu hlavního města Prahy. Hlavním záměrem podniku je expanze v rámci tohoto okresu a vznik a rozvoj nové pobočky v novém regionu v okolí Brna. Právě podnikatelský plán by měl napomoci k získání dodatečných finančních prostředků pro její realizaci.
